Vegetable and fruit items are a mix from local farms using organic or natural farming methods (low spray, integrative pest control, etc).
FallWinter produce is subject to availability and may include:
apples, pears,greens such as kale, collards, chard, cabbage, salad greens, lettuces, herbs, squash, pumpkins, root crops such as: turnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions. It will include pantry items due to seasonal farming restrictions which are often value added farm products such as jams, dried beans, cornmeal, grits, nut butters, molasses, apple butter, salsa etc..
Dairy includes your choice of five items:
1/2 gallon of low-pasteurized, non-homogenized milk
1/2 lb. of butter, salted or unsalted
1 Quart of yogurt - Regular unflavored
One dozen eggs from happy hens
Approximately 1/2 lb. of cheese (options will vary)
Meat options will average 2-3 items, 2-4 lbs and vary between grass-fed/pastured beef, chicken, pork, bison, seafood, goat or lamb and are subject to change without notice. Please contact us if you have dietary restrictions or allergies and we will do our best to make accommodations.
One loaf of locally made bread (options will vary: 9 grain, honey wheat, white with cracked wheat, herb, spelt, rolls. Often bread bakery will be switched to rustic sourdough Billy Bread, subject to availability.) Gluten-free bread available upon request for additional cost. Email for information.
